As I child I would watch in awe as my Grandma created beautiful flowers out of icing and assembled cakes that were taller than me.  And, of course, I would sneak a taste of her amazing homemade icing whenever I could!  My passion for cake decorating has always been there, I dabbled in it over the years always with the desire to learn more.  In 2008 I decided that if I wanted to get serious about it I needed to take some classes, so I took my first formal decorating class and the connection was instant.  I love creating cakes that bring my customers joy, and I am always looking for ways to add special touches that surprise and delight them.  I welcome the opportunity to work with you to create the cake of your dreams.
